Purchase of Entries
All competitive hunters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have a parent of legal guardian sign a letter of consent. Must be 18 or older to purchase entries. A $5 convenience fee will be charged for all Credit Card and Paypal orders.

Agreement to Illinois Upland Official Rules
All competitive hunters must adhere to the rules set forth by the Illinois Upland Championship Series and On Point Outdoors, Inc. The rules are set to provide all competitors with a safe, enjoyable hunting environment while keeping with the spirit of good sportsmanship.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:
A. If the Illinois Upland receives written or verbal cancellation (via mail, email or phone) more than two weeks before an event, a full refund will be issued. If cancellation is requested within 2 weeks (14 days) the event, a 75% refund will be issued. NO refunds within one week (7 days) of the scheduled event. Cancellation requests will be verified within 1 week of receipt. If you have not heard from us after this time, please contact us ASAP. Please do not assume cancellation without written confirmation.

B. If the Illinois Upland receives written cancellation (via mail, email or phone) 30 days prior to the scheduled event (and more than 2 weeks from purchase date, a 50% refund will be issued.

C. NO refunds will be issued within 7 days of scheduled event. Special circumstances (such as major emergencies) will be reviewed case-by-case. Any refunds will be considered at such time.

D. In the event that you cannot attend the competition on date(s) requested, you may either request different event(s) locations or transfer your entry to another person. All transfer requests must be made at least one week prior to the scheduled event.

Event Confirmation
Requests for specific days and time of day is based on a first come first served basis, thus run times cannot be guaranteed. Select from two choices, Morning or Afternoon. We will do our best to place you in the day/time you prefer. We reserve the right to schedule accordingly.

Then, expect the exact time and day of run to be received via email or on our web site one week prior to the event.

Event Cancellation
In the event of the scheduled event being canceled due to non-weather reasons, On Point Outdoors reserves the right to cancel the event entirely, thus rescheduling all participants to the next event of their choice. In addition, participants will have the option to cancel their participation for a full refund. For weather related cancellations, the scheduled event will be rescheduled for the following weekend (where applicable) for regularly scheduled date. On Point Outdoors will make the fullest attempt to contact all participants a full 24 hours prior to the scheduled event by all contact means provided by the participant.
